Responsibilities
Job SummaryTo oversee and drive safety performance within the Business Unit, ensuring compliance with corporate safety policies, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Implement and monitor safety policies, plans, and annual action plans as defined by Business Unit
- Track, analyze, and report safety performance in alignment with Business Unit and Business Unit standards.
- Coordinate and collaborate with OH&S teams, relevant functions, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective safety management.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize safety data for Business Unit management review, including performance trends and improvement recommendations.
- Support the development and follow-up of Action Plans related to safety performance and risk mitigation.
- Promote and ensure compliance with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements across operations.
- Conduct safety inspections, assessments, and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or a related field. (Bachelor G.P.A. > 2.70, Master G.P.A. > 3.30)
- 1–3 years of experience in safety management, occupational health & safety, or related roles in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of occupational safety laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, Thai OHS regulations).
- Experience in safety performance monitoring, reporting, and data analysis in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic reporting tools.
- Good command of English (TOEIC Score > 550)
- Willing to work on-site at Thai Containers Khon Kaen Co., Ltd. (Ban Haet, Khon Kaen)
