Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Delivery
- จัดทำและดูแล Project Plan, Timeline, Milestones, Deliverables และ Resource Plan
- บริหารโครงการตั้งแต่ Project Kick-off, Requirement, Development, Testing, UAT, Deployment, Handover และ Project Closure
- ติดตามความคืบหน้า ระบุความเสี่ยงหรือความล่าช้า และจัดทำแผนแก้ไข
- ควบคุมโครงการให้เป็นไปตาม Scope, Timeline, Budget และ Quality ที่ตกลงไว้
- จัดทำ Project Status Report และนำเสนอความคืบหน้าต่อลูกค้าและผู้บริหาร
2. Customer & Stakeholder Management
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานหลักระหว่างลูกค้า ทีมภายใน Partner และ Vendor
- จัดและดำเนินการประชุม Kick-off, Requirement Workshop, Progress Review และ Issue Resolution
- สื่อสาร Project Status, Risk, Issue, Decision และ Next Action ให้ผู้เกี่ยวข้องเข้าใจตรงกัน
- บริหารความคาดหวังของลูกค้าและประสานการตัดสินใจหรืออนุมัติที่สำคัญ
- จัดทำ Meeting Minutes พร้อมติดตาม Action, Owner และ Deadline
3. Requirement, Scope & Change Management
- ประชุม สัมภาษณ์ หรือทำ Workshop เพื่อรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ Business และ System Requirements
- เปลี่ยนความต้องการของลูกค้าให้เป็น Requirement, User Story, Process Flow และ Acceptance Criteria ที่ชัดเจน
- ยืนยัน Requirement และขอบเขตงานร่วมกับลูกค้าและทีมพัฒนาก่อนเริ่มดำเนินงาน
- ระบุ Scope Creep และบริหารงานเพิ่มเติมผ่านกระบวนการ Change Request
- ประเมินผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงต่อ Effort, Cost, Resource และ Timeline
4. Technical & IoT Coordination
- ประสานงานกับ Software Developer, IoT Engineer, DevOps, Infrastructure และทีม Data/AI
- บริหาร Dependency ระหว่าง Hardware, Software, Network, Cloud, Data และ System Integration
- วางแผนและประสาน Site Survey, Hardware Installation, Connectivity Testing และ System Commissioning
- ประสานการเชื่อมต่อ IoT Sensors, Gateways, PLCs, APIs, Databases และ Application Dashboards
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของระบบ Network, Server, Firewall, User Access และพื้นที่ติดตั้งของลูกค้า
5. UAT, Deployment & Handover
- จัดทำ Test Scenarios, Acceptance Criteria และแผน User Acceptance Test ร่วมกับลูกค้า
- ติดตาม Defects, Issues และ Customer Feedback จนได้รับการแก้ไข
- วางแผนและประสาน Production Deployment, Software Release และ Hardware Installation
- ตรวจสอบ Deployment Readiness และดูแลระบบในช่วง Post-deployment Stabilization
- ประสานการจัดทำคู่มือ การอบรมผู้ใช้งาน การส่งมอบระบบ และ Project Closure
6. Risk, Issue & Project Documentation
- จัดทำและดูแล Risk, Issue, Dependency, Change Request และ Decision Log
- ระบุความเสี่ยงล่วงหน้า พร้อมกำหนด Mitigation Plan, Owner และ Target Date
- Escalate ปัญหาสำคัญที่อาจกระทบต่อ Scope, Timeline, Cost หรือ Quality
- ดูแลเอกสารโครงการ เช่น Project Plan, Requirement Tracker, Meeting Minutes, UAT Status, Deployment Checklist และ Closure Report
- สรุป Lessons Learned และนำไปปรับปรุงการส่งมอบโครงการในอนาคต
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- ปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ บริหารโครงการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 3–5 ปีในงาน Project Management, IT Project Coordination, Software Implementation, System Integration หรือ Industrial Technology
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการพัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์หรือติดตั้งระบบ ตั้งแต่ Requirement จนถึงการส่งมอบ
- มีความเข้าใจการบริหาร Scope, Timeline, Risk, Issue, Resource และ Change Request
- สามารถทำความเข้าใจแนวคิดทางเทคนิคและสื่อสารกับทั้งลูกค้าและทีมพัฒนาได้
- มีทักษะด้านการวางแผน การจัดทำเอกสาร การติดตามงาน การเจรจาต่อรอง และการแก้ปัญหา
- มี Project Ownership และสามารถบริหารหลาย Priorities ในสภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปประชุมหรือปฏิบัติงานที่สำนักงานลูกค้าและโรงงานได้ตามความจำเป็น
Preferred Qualifications:
- มีประสบการณ์ในโครงการ Industrial IoT, Smart Factory, Manufacturing, OEE, Predictive Maintenance หรือ Industrial Automation
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ IoT Sensors, Gateways, PLCs, APIs, Cloud Platforms หรือ Industrial Data Integration
- เข้าใจ Industrial Communication Protocols เช่น Modbus, MQTT หรือ OPC UA
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานกับโรงงาน System Integrator หรือ Industrial Technology Vendor
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารโครงการด้วยแนวทาง Agile, Scrum, Waterfall หรือ Hybrid
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner หรือเครื่องมือที่เทียบเท่า
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO/IEC 29110, Software Development Process หรือ Project Governance
- มีใบรับรองด้านการบริหารโครงการ เช่น:
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
