Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Strategy & Go-to-Market: Develop and execute product and segment marketing strategies, including market product positioning, pricing and discount strategies, portfolio management throughout the product lifecycle, and go-to-market plans to drive business growth.
- Performance & Business Analytics: Track business and marketing performance, and Voice of Customer (VOC) analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and market share.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product Development, Technical Service, and other stakeholders) to ensure successful product commercialization and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
- Good command of English (TOEIC score of 550 or higher)
- Experience in Product/Segment Marketing, or Strategic Marketing (B2B or industrial products preferred).
- Good understanding of consumer behavior, market analysis, and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools to enhance productivity, market analysis, content development, and business decision-making.
- Be able to work outside Bangkok e.g. Market survey, Event.
