Responsibilities
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารการตลาดให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและทิศทางขององค์กร
- จัดทำแผนประชาสัมพันธ์ แผนส่งเสริมการขาย และแผนกิจกรรมทางการตลาด
- วิเคราะห์กลุ่มเป้าหมายเพื่อกำหนดแนวทางการสื่อสารที่เหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารจัดการและดูแลช่องทางสื่อออนไลน์ของบริษัท ได้แก่ Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube และ Website
- วางแผนและจัดทำ Content Calendar สำหรับการสื่อสารรายเดือน
- สร้างสรรค์ Content และ Caption สำหรับการเผยแพร่บนสื่อออนไลน์
- ประสานงานการผลิตสื่อประเภทภาพนิ่ง วิดีโอ และ Motion Graphic
- วิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของ Social Media เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแผนงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ออกแบบและจัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ เช่น โบรชัวร์, Company Profile, Presentation, Banner, Poster, Flyer และ Newsletter
- ประสานงานกับ Graphic Designer และ Supplier ในการผลิตสื่อต่าง ๆ
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- จัดงานสัมมนา งานแสดงสินค้า (Exhibition) และกิจกรรมเปิดตัวสินค้า
- ดูแลกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคม (CSR) และกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร
- ควบคุมการใช้ Corporate Identity (CI) เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้และความเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกันของแบรนด์
- ดูแลการสื่อสารทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมถึงสนับสนุนการสร้าง Employer Branding
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย, ฝ่ายผลิต, ผู้บริหาร, Agency, Supplier และ Media Partner
- จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์ KPI และวัดผลแคมเปญการตลาด
- จัดทำ Marketing Report ประจำเดือน
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ ของบริษัท และปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการสื่อสารการตลาด 1-3 ปี
- มีความเข้าใจในการบริหารจัดการช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดียและเว็บไซต์
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการเขียนที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ
- มีความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างได้พร้อมกัน
- มีความเข้าใจในเครื่องมือการตลาดดิจิทัลพื้นฐาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในการผลิตคอนเทนต์ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
