Responsibilities
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
- สร้างรายได้จากการขายหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านอาหารและโรงแรม (TOP Program)
- ให้บริการและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าอบรมในหลักสูตรที่รับผิดชอบ
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ ภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
- ประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ ทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์
- ผลิตและตัดต่อวิดีโอ / สร้างคอนเทนต์เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์หลักสูตรบนช่องทางโซเชียลมีเดีย
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปยอดขาย และข้อเสนอแนะจากลูกค้า
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales revenue for TOP food and hospitality training programs
- Provide excellent service and support to course participants
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth course operations
- Promote training programs through online and offline channels
- Create and edit engaging digital content and videos for course promotion
- Prepare sales reports and collect client feedback for continuous improvement

- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในทุกสาขา (หากจบด้านการโรงแรม การบริการ หรือเป็นศิษย์เก่าวิทยาลัยดุสิตธานี (DTC) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word และ Excel ได้ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- บุคลิกภาพดี หน้าตาสะอาดสะอ้าน ดูดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเสนอขาย และการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี
- ชอบพบปะผู้คน และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขาย และการทำงานเป็นทีม (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ แต่หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้านคอนเทนต์ และสามารถตัดต่อวิดีโอได้ดี
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (A degree in hospitality, service industries, or being a Dusit Thani College alumnus is a strong advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Service-minded with strong teamwork abilities.
- Good English communication skills.
- Professional appearance, clean and well-presented, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales and client-facing roles (New graduates are welcome. At least 1 year of sales experience is an advantage)
- Creative in content development and skilled in video editing
