Responsibilities
- Design and develop course syllabi for Program Management subjects within the Hospitality program
- Deliver lectures, facilitate classroom activities, and conduct teaching sessions according to the curriculum
- Assess student learning outcomes and provide academic guidance regularly
- Advise and mentor students on projects or theses related to Program Management
- Develop modern teaching materials and learning resources aligned with the hospitality industry
- Collaborate with faculty members and program administration to enhance curriculum quality
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Program Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of teaching experience at the university level, specifically in subjects related to program management or hospitality administration
- Deep understanding of Program Management principles and their application in the hospitality industry
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively
- Proficiency in using educational technology, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and serve as a mentor to students
- Practical industry experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
