Responsibilities
• ติดต่อและติดตามลูกค้า B2C ผ่านโทรศัพท์ Line Official Account และช่องทางออนไลน์อื่น ๆ
• แนะนำสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และข้อเสนอที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า เพื่อสร้างยอดขายและกระตุ้นการซื้อซ้ำ
• ดูแลฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าเดิม รวมถึงติดตามลูกค้าที่มีโอกาสซื้อ ลูกค้าที่ไม่ได้ซื้อซ้ำ และลูกค้าซื้อซ้ำ
• ให้บริการลูกค้าก่อนและหลังการขาย เช่น การให้ข้อมูลสินค้า การติดตามคำสั่งซื้อ และการประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น
• บันทึกและดูแลข้อมูลลูกค้า ประวัติการซื้อ ความคิดเห็น และข้อมูลเชิงลึกของลูกค้าให้ถูกต้องและเป็นระบบ
• ประสานงานกับทีม Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Accounting และฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การดำเนินการด้านคำสั่งซื้อและการบริการลูกค้าเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• สนับสนุนกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ CRM เช่น การจัดกลุ่มลูกค้า แคมเปญรักษาฐานลูกค้า แคมเปญกระตุ้นการซื้อซ้ำ และการเก็บ Feedback จากลูกค้า
• จัดทำรายงานเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับยอดขายและข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อนำเสนอหัวหน้างาน
Qualifications
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การตลาด นิเทศศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Telesales, Customer Service, Online Sales, CRM หรือการดูแลลูกค้า B2C จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการขายที่ดี พร้อมมีใจรักงานบริการ
• สามารถดูแลความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า และติดตามลูกค้าได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
• สามารถใช้งาน Excel, Google Sheet, Line Official Account หรือระบบฐานข้อมูลลูกค้าเบื้องต้นได้
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้เป้าหมายยอดขายได้
