Responsibilities

  • Own products throughout the mass production lifecycle, including assembly processes, test documentation, and end-of-life (EOL) management.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing support systems for the production line, including:

       -Creating and maintaining BOMs and process routing in manufacturing systems.

       -Collaborating with cross-functional teams on data integration.

       -Preparing and maintaining manufacturing documentation.

    • Set up and maintain product labeling and packing processes.
    • Track and manage engineering change orders (ECOs/MCOs) to ensure timely implementation.
    • Monitor and manage product manufacturing costs to support cost optimization initiatives.
    • Understand product requirements and specifications to ensure manufacturing compliance.
    • Monitor and control manufacturing process stability, product quality, and process capability.
    • Analyze manufacturing and yield data to identify root causes, resolve production issues, and improve process stability.
    • Lead yield monitoring and continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing performance.
    • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure smooth product transfer into mass production.
    • Manage failure analysis (FA), repair, and retest activities for customer RMA products.
    • Coordinate engineering activities, technical issues, and engineering changes with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful product execution.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in electronics, semiconductor, or optical product manufacturing.
    • Strong interest in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot common electronic and optical component, circuit, and process-related issues.
    • Good understanding of the construction, operation, and manufacturing of electronic and optical components.
    • Familiarity with common electronic and optical engineering terminology.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret manufacturing data and drive process improvements.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and an effective team collaborator.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
    • Flexible to support early morning or evening conference calls with North America.
    • Experience with Agile PLM and Oracle ERP systems is required.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, charting, and graphical interpretation.
    • Knowledge of quality and process improvement methodologies such as QCFC, PFMEA, SPC, 8D, statistical analysis, Minitab or JMP, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma is an advantage.
    • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers, and cross-functional engineering teams.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
