Production Planner - Lumentum International (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

In this Production Planner role, you will play a key part in developing weekly build plans and ensuring on-time delivery to promise (OSD) and customer request dates (CRD). You will be responsible for releasing and managing work orders, taking into account product yield, material availability, and installed machine capacity. A significant aspect of your role will involve coordinating with various departments, including MC, Buyer, MFG, PE, QE, IQA, IE, Warehouse, and IT, to resolve any operational issues. You will also schedule sales orders within the Oracle system and communicate effectively with CSR/Sales and other related functions to address requirement concerns. Additionally, you will request the Warehouse and Logistics teams to process shipments for due-to-ship sales orders and support company activities such as 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
