Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมและจัดเก็บเอกสารงานบุคคล เช่น สัญญาจ้างและประวัติพนักงาน ประเมินพนักงาน
- สรรหา คัดเลือก ผู้สมัครงาน ตาม ISO9001:2015
- ทำแผนอบรมประจำปี
- ดูแลสวัสดิการพนักงาน เช่น ประกันกลุ่ม
- ดูแลและรวบรวมข้อมูลการบันทึกเวลาเข้า-ออกของพนักงานประจำวัน ประจำเดือน และรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชา
- ประสานงานเเผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น บัญชี และจัดซื้อ
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานจัดซื้อ
- ประสานงานกับผู้ขายและติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้าหรือบริการ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ยินดีรับผู้จบใหม่ หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการบุคคลหรืองานจัดซื้อ 0-1 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีทักษะการจัดการเอกสารที่ดี
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่และปรับตัวเข้ากับการทำงาน
- มีรถยนต์พร้อมใบขับขี่ พิจารณาพิเศษ
