Responsibilities

ออกตรวจแบตเตอรี่เคลมตามร้านค้าต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ

- ให้ความรู้เชิงเทคนิคของผลิตภัณฑ์แก่ลูกค้า ตัวแทนจำหน่าย และร้านค้าย่อย

- สามารถตอบคำถาม ให้คำแนะนำ ให้ความรู้ด้านเทคนิคแก่ลูกค้า

- ประสานงานติดต่อเรื่องแบตเตอรี่เคลม

- จัดเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ปัญหา และรายงานผลการเคลมผลิตภัณฑ์

Qualifications

วุฒิการศึกษาปวส.ขึ้นไป สาขาช่างยนต์, ช่างไฟฟ้า ซ่อมบำรุง หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง - ประสบการณ์งานช่าง และงานบริการลูกค้าหลังการขาย
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) ได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางต่างจังหวัดได้ 15-20 วันต่อเดือน
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ และมีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
