Responsibilities
- Assisting with sales and administrative tasks such as answering the phone, making vendor calls, key customer’s data in CRM system, etc.
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales goals.
- Input new sales inquiries into the company’s database and update program files in the database as needed.
- Coordinating and responding to any internal meeting requests.
- Work as assigned by the sales team.
Qualifications
- Good command of reading and writing English.
- Proficient computer skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to work with team and individual with fast an accurately and problem solving.
- Have communication skills, good personality and service minded.
- Patience, ‘can-do’ attitude and time-management skills.
- able to use SAP program.
