Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) - BIG (Bangkok Industrial Gas)

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Oversee operation and maintenance of air separation units, hydrogen plants, CO₂ recovery units, and packaged gas facilities.

• Ensure plant availability, reliability, and performance meet customer contract requirements (onsite, merchant, generated gas).

• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs using digital tools and best practices.

• Optimize energy consumption, water use, and asset life-cycle performance to support sustainability goals.

Distribution & Logistics

• Lead bulk and packaged gas distribution, including cryogenic tankers, cylinder logistics, and pipeline supply networks.

• Ensure timely and safe product delivery while optimizing fleet utilization and transport efficiency.

• Drive digitalization in distribution (tracking, route optimization, customer service platforms).

• Strengthen third-party logistics and dealer/distributor partnerships.

EHS & Quality (EHS&Q)

• Own the company’s Environment, Health, Safety & Quality management systems across all operations.

• Ensure compliance with global and local standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NFPA, OSHA, DOT/ADR, etc.).

• Foster a zero-incident safety culture, with strong accountability across operations and contractors.

• Lead product quality assurance and customer complaint resolution processes.

• Drive sustainability initiatives including energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and responsible waste management.

Supply Chain Excellence

• Develop long-term asset planning and capacity expansion strategies in coordination with commercial and strategy teams.

• Optimize working capital, inventories, and supply-demand balance for gases and equipment.

• Support new climate technology projects (hydrogen mobility, carbon capture, renewable gas storage) with world-class O&M and distribution readiness.

• Leverage digital technologies (IoT, AI, predictive analytics) for supply chain optimization.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across O&M, logistics, distribution, and EHS&Q.

• Build a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with other C-level leaders (CCO, CSSO, CFO, CHRO) to align supply chain with commercial, financial, and sustainability objectives.
