Responsibilities

🔹 Procurement Management
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for industrial gases, equipment, and climate technology systems.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance, including audits and compliance checks.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to support production and project timelines.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align procurement with business needs.
🔹 Export-Import Operations
• Oversee all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with international trade laws and customs regulations.
• Prepare and manage documentation including:
o Bills of lading
o Commercial invoices
o Certificates of origin
o Customs declarations
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor shipment tracking, resolve delays, and manage customs clearance processes.
• Stay updated on trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions affecting industrial gas and climate technology products.
🔹 Contract & Compliance Management
• Negotiate procurement and logistics contracts with favorable terms and risk mitigation clauses.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and trade regulations across all procurement and logistics activities.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
🔹 Cost Optimization & Risk Mitigation
• Analyze market trends and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop contingency plans for supply disruptions and geopolitical risks.
• Implement sustainable sourcing practices aligned with climate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 15 years of experience in procurement and export-import operations, preferably in industrial or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement software.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
