Credit Officer - BIG (Bangkok Industrial Gas)

Role Summary : 

    มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในการบริหารงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ประจำวัน (Accounts Receivable) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าและการบันทึกข้อมูลทางการเงินมีความถูกต้องและตรงเวลา รวมถึงการจัดเตรียมและบันทึกรายการรับเงินและใบกำกับภาษี การกระทบยอดบัญชี (reconciliation) และการดูแลยอดลูกหนี้ นอกจากนี้ยังต้องตรวจสอบรายงาน COD เปรียบเทียบกับรายการเดินบัญชีธนาคาร รวมถึงสนับสนุนงานปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน เพื่อความถูกต้องของข้อมูลทางการเงิน 

Key Responsibilities : 

• จัดเตรียมและดำเนินการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
• อัปเดตบัญชีลูกหนี้
• แก้ไขปัญหาและกระทบยอดบัญชี
• จัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงินและใบกำกับภาษี และบันทึกลงในระบบ
• ดูแลรายการบัญชีลูกหนี้ประจำวันให้ถูกต้องและทันเวลา รวมถึงงานปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน
• ตรวจสอบรายงาน COD เทียบกับรายการเดินบัญชีธนาคาร
• ติดตามการชำระหนี้ ให้ตรงตามที่กำหนดไว้
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน บัญชี
• มีประสบการณ์หรือสามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP ได้ดี 
• มีทักษะการใช้ Microsoft Excel 
• มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และทักษะการต่อรอง 
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี 
• มีความสามารถในการกระทบยอดบัญชี  (Account Reconciliation)
