Fleet Maintenance Engineer (Truck & Trailer) - BIG (Bangkok Industrial Gas)

Responsibilities:

• Manage a fleet of industrial transport vehicle and cryogenic ankers.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and monitor PM/CM activities for fleet vehicles and cryogenic equipment
• Analyze issues and optimize transport vehicle performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, mechanics, and internal teams for maintenance and improvement activities
• Collaborate with leading vehicle manufacturers such as Scania, Volvo, Hino.
• Prepare maintenance reports, technical documents, work instructions, and engineering records
• Inspect and analyze truck systems including engine, tire, brake, suspension, transmission, and electrical systems
• Support engineering works related to P&ID, piping, welding, pump, cryogenic process, and failure analysis
• Support fleet replacement and fleet management system projects.
• Have the opportunity to manage fleet improvement and fleet replacement projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• Experience in fleet maintenance, truck maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or cryogenic equipment is preferred
• Good knowledge of PM/CM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and vehicle systems
• Good coordination, analytical, and reporting skills
• skills which preferred: Fleet Maintenance, Truck Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Root Cause Analysis, Fleet Management, Trailer / Tractor / Tanker Maintenance, Reliability Improvement, Vehicle Maintenance, Workshop Management, Cryogenic Tanker etc.
