Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม ดูแลบริหารงานบุคคลตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงานโดยให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัท
- ดูแลงานด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
- รับผิดชอบการเจรจาต่อรองข้อเรียนกร้องประจำปีกับสหภาพแรงงาน
- วางแผน ควบคุม ดูแลบริหารงานด้านการสรรหา
- วางแผน ควบคุม ดูแลปรับปรุงและพัฒนาบุคลากร การฝึกอบรม
- วางแผน ดูแลบริหารงานด้านธุรการโรงงานและควบคุมงบประมาณ
- ทบทวน ติดตามกฎหมายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องด้านการบริหารบุคคล
- ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงขั้นตอนในการทำงานเรื่องต่างๆ ให้กระชับและเหมาะสมกับสภาพการณ์ปัจจุบัน
- ควบคุมการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณงานบุคคล และธุรการ
- จัดทำแผนงานบุคคล ธุรการ และแผนงบประมาณประจำปี

- ปริญญาตรี สาขา บริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์,บริหารรัฐกิจ,การจัดการ,จิตวิทยาอุตสาหกรรม,สังคมศาสตร์,นิติศาสตร์
- คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
- มีภาวะผู้นำ
- มีทักษะในการเจรจา
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานร่วมกับสหภาพแรงงาน
- มีความรู้และเข้าใจ ภาษาอังกฤษ

At the start, the Company concentrated on production of resin as raw material used in making intermediate chemical products with effective planning, resin of a quality competitive to foreign sources was produced in sufficient quantity to meet the growing domestic demand.
