Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies and market-entry initiatives to drive revenue, increase market share and expand the Chinese and Taiwanese customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze industry trends, market information, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Project sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and deliver sales plans and reports to management.
  • Plan and develop existing and new products with R&D Department to expand markets and increase sales.
  • Plan and coordinate with Sales, R&D, Production, QA, and Warehouse Departments to ensure alignment with customer expectation, smooth order processing, problem resolution, and timely product delivery.
  • Manage negotiation of contracts, proposals, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local customers, Chinese-speaking customers and overseas customers to ensure long-term business success and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop, lead and evaluate the performance of the sales team and enhance team building.
  • Translate and interpret Chinese between Chinese-speaking customers and internal teams.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings both locally and overseas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Open to all genders
  • Age between 30–45 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration ,Marketing, International Business/Trade, Science Chemistry, Engineering, or other related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management.
  • Prior experience with Chinese and Taiwanese customer accounts is preferred.
  • Experience in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry is preferred.
  • Experience in sales of chemical products and industrial goods is preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing international customers and developing export markets.
  • Good command of English and Thai is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Chinese Mandarin (speaking and writing) with strong business and technical communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Able to travel locally and overseas when required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car.
  • Experience in an ISO-certified organization

Eternal Resin Co.,Ltd. was established in 1978. At the start, the Company concentrated on production of resin as raw material used in making intermediate chemical products with effective planning, resin of a quality competitive to foreign sources was produced in sufficient quantity to meet the growing domestic demand. With Eternal Resin able to support industrial needs in the construction, furniture, paint and other industries, Thailand significantly reduced imports of intermediate chemical products.
