Responsibilities
Project Coordinator (Business)
-ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารในการดูแลและจัดการตารางงาน (Work Schedule) รวมถึงการบริหารค่าใช้จ่ายของผู้บริหารและทีมงาน
-จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงานและนำเสนอผู้บริหาร เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์
-จัดเตรียมและบันทึกการประชุม รวมถึงติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามมติที่ประชุม
-ประสานงานกับทีมงานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้โครงการดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการประสานงานโครงการหรือการสนับสนุนผู้บริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการจัดการเวลาและการวางแผนที่ดี สามารถดูแลตารางงานและติดตามงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจา และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายฝ่ายได้อย่างราบรื่น
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบในการจัดทำรายงานและบันทึกการประชุม
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) และเครื่องมือดิจิทัลที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
- มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน (Positive mindset) และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูงและสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างเหมาะสม
