Responsibilities
ติดต่อจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ที่ต้องใช้ในงานกับ Supplier ในก่อนวันงาน-วันงาน-หลังวันงาน
จัดเตรียมเอกสารในการขอซื้อ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชี และการเงินในการทำเรื่องเบิกจ่ายให้ถูกต้อง และเสร็จทันเวลา
Qualifications
1.อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
2.จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารฯ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีประสบการณ์จัดซื้องาน Event อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
4.สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms. Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
5.มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง และ การประสานงานที่ดี
6.สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี มีความรับผิดชอบและตรงต่อเวลา
