Responsibilities
- ถอดแบบคำนวณปริมาณงาน BOQ และคำนวณ-ตรวจสอบค่าก่อสร้าง เพื่อตรวจสอบการขอสินเชื่อประเภทต่างๆ
- การแบ่งงวดงานและตรวจสอบการขอเบิกงวดงาน
- ประเมินราคาหลักประกัน สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อทุกประเภท เพื่อสนับสนุนกระบวนการให้สินเชื่อ
- ตรวจสอบผลงานการก่อสร้างต่างๆ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบการประเมินราคาของผู้ประเมินอิสระภายนอก
- ประเมินราคาทรัพย์สินของธนาคาร / ทบทวนประเมินราคาหลักประกันของหลักทรัพย์ที่เป็นประกันสินเชื่อกับธนาคารแล้ว
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท สาขาประเมินราคาทรัพย์สิน / วิศวกรรมโยธา / สถาปัตย์ / ก่อสร้าง / การจัดการก่อสร้าง /เทคโนโลยีการก่อสร้างหรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การประมาณราคาก่อสร้าง/เขียนแบบก่อสร้าง/งานบริหารโครงการก่อสร้าง (Project management)
- มีความรู้ความสามารถคำนวณปริมาณงาน BOQ
- หากเป็นสมาชิกสมาคมฯ ระดับวิสามัญขึ้นไป หรือมีความสามารถด้านไอทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
