1.โทรสอบถาม และเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า
2.นำเสนอ rate ดอกเบี้ยปรับลด
3.เจรจาต่อรองการลดดอกเบี้ย
4.ติดตามการตัดสินใจของลลูกค้า
5.ลงข้อมูลในระบบ KTA
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี (ไม่จำกัดสาขา)
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านงานเอกสาร การเก็บข้อมูล และจัดทำรายงาน ด้านบัญชีการเงิน โดยใช้ MS Excel จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft365 และ MS Office โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความกระตือรือล้น ไฝ่รู้ และปรับตัวได้ดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารดี สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร และ ประสานงาน
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและข้อจำกัดเรื่องกำหนดเวลาได้
- เคยเป็น Sales จะเป็น direct sales หรือ tele sales หรือ มี ประสบการณ์ เคยทำธนาคาร มาก่อนจะดีมาก
