Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day operations related to preparation and issuance of notice letters in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to notice issuance.
- Utilize and support systems and tools for preparing, reviewing, and sending notices, including reporting issues or improvement needs.
- Identify operational issues or potential risks in the notice issuance process and escalate appropriately for resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support notice‑related requests, inquiries, disputes, or complaints.
- Support operational tracking and prepare basic information or reports for management review as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (Barrister‑at‑Law preferred).
- At least 5 years of legal experience in contracts with a valid lawyer’s license or relevant experience in financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, loans, guarantees, mortgages, pledges, litigation, and enforcement.
Remark: The bank needs to and will have a process for verifying personal information related to the criminal history of applicants before they are considered for employment with the bank.
