Responsibilities
- ดำเนินการด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับคดีบังคับคดีและขายทอดตลาด
- ประสานงานกับกรมบังคับคดี ทนายภายนอก และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารทางกฎหมาย สัญญา และเอกสารประกอบการขายทอดตลาด
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของคดี รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานสรุป
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารหนี้และทรัพย์สิน
- สนับสนุนงานด้านกฎหมายอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีด้านนิติศาสตร์
- มีใบอนุญาตว่าความ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบังคับคดี / ขายทอดตลาด / Litigation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถบริหารจัดการหลายงานพร้อมกันได้
- มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสารที่ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปหน่วยงานภายนอกได้
