Responsibilities
- ให้คำปรึกษาด้านกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับการติดตามและเรียกเก็บหนี้
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารและพยานหลักฐานก่อนดำเนินคดี
- จัดทำหนังสือทวงถาม คำฟ้อง คำให้การ คำร้อง และเอกสารทางกฎหมายอื่น ๆ
- เป็นผู้แทนธนาคารในการดำเนินคดีในศาล เช่น การไต่สวน การสืบพยาน และการเจรจาประนีประนอม
- ดำเนินการบังคับคดีหลังศาลมีคำพิพากษา เช่น การยึดทรัพย์ อายัดทรัพย์ หรือบังคับชำระหนี้
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานติดตามหนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่บังคับคดี และสำนักงานทนายความภายนอก
- ให้คำแนะนำด้านกฎหมายแก่ฝ่าย Collection เพื่อให้การติดตามหนี้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายและข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับ
- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของคดี วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง และจัดทำรายงานสถานะคดี
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีนิติศาสตร์
- มี ใบอนุญาตว่าความ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Collection Litigation, Debt Recovery, Civil Litigation หรือ Enforcement
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ กฎหมายวิธีพิจารณาความแพ่ง และกฎหมายล้มละลาย (หากเกี่ยวข้อง)
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การวิเคราะห์ และการว่าความ
- มีประสบการณ์จากสำนักงานกฎหมาย ธนาคาร สถาบันการเงิน หรือบริษัทบริหารสินทรัพย์ (AMC)
