Responsibilities
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าสินเชื่อกลุ่มธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม (SME)
- เรียนรู้และทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ รวมถึงการดำเนินการทำธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการพอร์ตลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานและดูแลงานด้านเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับตำแหน่ง Relationship Manager (RM) ในอนาคต
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือปริญญาโท ในสาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์, การบัญชี, การเงิน, วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, สถิติ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยมีเกรดเฉลี่ย (GPA) ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3.00
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานน้อยกว่า 1 ปี หรือนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความสนใจในผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงิน, การให้คำปรึกษาทางการเงิน และการวิเคราะห์สินเชื่อ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอที่ดี รวมถึงความมั่นใจในการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในองค์กร
- มีใจรักงานบริการ, มีความคิดริเริ่มเชิงรุก และกระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้ในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานของธุรกิจธนาคาร
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
