Responsibilities
- Translate product and manufacturing requirements into precise process specifications.
- Continuously monitor, maintain, and improve process performance, focusing on capability, efficiency, and scrap reduction.
- Manage and optimize production recipes, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and other process-related documentation.
- Ensure robust process implementation and release according to specifications.
- Drive the implementation of corrective actions to minimize scrap, rework, and increase stability, efficiency, and product yield.
- Lead structured problem-solving initiatives, including FMEA, 5 Why, and A3, ensuring lessons learned are documented and implemented.
- Monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate corrective and improvement actions.
- Participate in internal and external audits, developing and executing improvement plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a tire manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of direct experience in the Automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of Product & Process Development methodologies, procedures, and best practices.
- Proficiency in FMEA & Process Control, and various Problem-Solving Techniques (e.g., FMEA, 5 Why, A3, Cause/Effect).
- Project management knowledge is highly valued.
- Exposure to international projects or cross-cultural work environments is a plus.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
