Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and business goals.
• Control and optimize stock levels, storage capacity, and material flow, with a strong focus on cold storage and temperature-sensitive products.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, discipline, and performance.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, QA/QC, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards, including documentation and audit readiness.
• Manage warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, shrinkage, and on-time delivery.
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee the use and improvement of WMS/ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and environmental control within the warehouse, especially for cold storage areas.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and third-party logistics (3PL), if applicable.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong experience in cold storage or food industry operations is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards and audit processes.
• Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to manage data, KPIs, and reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Good communication skills in Thai and basic to intermediate English.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
