Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor attendance and workforce allocation of quality inspection staff in assigned areas.
• Perform quality inspection activities according to production plans and operational requirements.
• Prepare, complete, and verify inspection records and related quality documents within the responsible area.
• Coordinate with QE teams to investigate and resolve abnormalities or quality issues occurring in the production line.
• Confirm work handover between day and night shifts and follow up on action items from shift handover reports.
• Monitor and verify QC records (QC Ledger) and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effective implementation.
• Maintain and organize on-site documentation and support 6S management activities in the workplace.
• Participate in non-conforming product control activities and monitor corrective and preventive actions in accordance with company procedures.
• Support customer complaint investigations and follow up on corrective actions and effectiveness monitoring.
Qualifications
• Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of QC 7 Tools and 5M1E principles.
• Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and other related tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills (Chinese Speaking)
• High sense of responsibility, teamwork mindset, and self-development attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
