Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning activities during the pre-mass production stage and monitor implementation to ensure effective execution.
• Participate in identifying product and process special characteristics, including preparation of Process Flow Charts and PFMEA documents.
• Review customer quality requirements, communicate and deploy requirements internally, and follow up on quality planning and implementation activities.
• Initiate and drive systematic quality improvement activities and production line quality issue resolutions while monitoring improvement effectiveness.
• Coordinate and establish cross-functional problem-solving teams to resolve process abnormalities, non-conforming products, and customer complaints.
• Conduct periodic reviews of inspection documents and continuously improve inspection plans and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to quality inspection staff and related departments.
• Support customer audits, internal quality activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product and process quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within electronics, mechanical, or automotive manufacturing industries.
• Experience in new project quality management is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a structured manner and learn quickly.
• Proficient in quality tools and methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and QC tools.
• Good knowledge and understanding of quality analysis tools and quality improvement methodologies.
• Good command of English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Chinese communication skills will be considered an advantage.

Job Summary
