Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise safety activities within the production area and ensure compliance with safety systems and regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
- Monitor and control production quality to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Control and follow up production schedules and delivery plans to ensure on-time completion of production orders and delivery targets.
- Manage production costs and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and continuously improve shop floor management practices, including 6S implementation and workplace organization standards.
- Supervise daily production workforce management, including manpower allocation, employee training, and work scheduling.
- Oversee daily production line operations and coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues and abnormalities.
- Prepare production-related reports and support continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in production operations, manufacturing management, or production engineering within the electronics, mechanical, or automotive manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systematic thinking abilities with a fast learning capability.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure working environment with a high level of accountability.
- Proficient in Chinese communication skills, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate professionally in the workplace.
