Responsibilities
• Prepare material requirement planning (MRP) based on production schedules to ensure sufficient and timely raw material availability
• Monitor raw material delivery schedules and coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production departments to avoid material shortages or excess inventory.
• Control inventory levels and manage stock rotation to minimize obsolete stock and material waste
• Manage raw material issuing, additional material requests, and material returns according to production orders and ERP system records
• Support troubleshooting and improvement activities related to production material issues such as shortages, damaged materials, or material loss
• Conduct periodic inventory checks and analyze stock discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy
• Maintain and update raw material information in the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Support interpretation and translation activities within the department when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in material planning, production control, purchasing, or related functions
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive interpersonal skills, and fast learning ability
• Good command of Chinese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to use Chinese as the primary working language
