Responsibilities
• Prepare management reports and business insights to evaluate business performance, analyze financial and accounting data, and present recommendations to senior management to support business strategy development and decision-making.
• Review and analyze Compliance and Internal Audit reports to ensure effective governance, compliance with company policies, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
• Monitor internal control activities and identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and business performance data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation/infographic tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Corporate Planning, Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Compliance, Internal Control, or Internal Audit will be an advantage.
