Responsibilities

Location: Chonburi 
Salary Range: 45,000 – 55,000 THB (Based on experience) 
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (5 days/week)

• Manage supplier quality claims, cost recovery, and follow-up on remedial actions.
• Reduce customer complaints by proactively managing incoming material quality and analyzing defect trends.
• Monitor, evaluate, and drive the improvement of supplier quality KPIs.
• Lead the investigation of supplier quality issues using 8D methodology and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure permanent corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct supplier audits and process validations (VDA 6.3 approach) to ensure manufacturing stability and compliance.
• Review and approve PPAP packages, material changes, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with IATF 16949 standards.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and Project teams to manage "Safe Launch" activities for new components.


Qualifications


• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive) or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing—specifically within the automotive sector.
• Deep understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3. Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) is essential.
• Strong command of English for technical reporting and communication with international suppliers.
• Must have a personal vehicle and be able to travel to the plant and supplier sites independently.
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a firm but professional approach to supplier management.
