Responsibilities
- Receive and coordinate customer orders from clients and the sales team, ensuring accuracy and smooth processing.
- Monitor orde status, delivery schedules, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accompany the sales team to client meetings and provide Thai–Chinese / Chinese–Thai interpretation during business discussions and negotiations.
- Present and introduce products to customers, clearly communicating key features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Plan and support marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales opportunities.
- Prepare and manage marketing tools and materials, with a strong focus on Chinese-language content.
- Perform other assigned duties to support overall sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in spoken, written, and reading Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive attitude, honest, punctual, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Energetic personality with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
- Able to commute using a private vehicle (company transportation not provided).
