Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the companys products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK Level 4-5) is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience; experience in selling machinery or construction equipment is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own a personal car.
