Responsibilities
• Lead and continuously improve supplier development initiatives and enhance supplier delivery performance to ensure on-time and reliable supply.
• Control and optimize purchasing costs while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
• Manage and oversee all procurement contracts, including supplier agreements and purchase orders (POs), ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise procurement audit activities, review purchase orders and payment processes, and resolve discrepancies or issues related to purchasing transactions.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective relationships with suppliers to support business objectives.
• Ensure procurement activities are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement functions.
• Strong leadership and departmental management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
