Reliability & Maintenance Engineer (Automotive Manufacturing) - Gemini Personnel Recruitment Co.,Ltd.

• Drive improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, machine availability, and production stability while minimizing downtime.
• Analyze machine breakdown issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Review equipment performance data, maintenance history, and failure trends to identify improvement opportunities and optimize maintenance strategies.
• Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and support the implementation of Predictive Maintenance practices to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Monitor equipment conditions, identify potential failures, and implement improvement actions to extend equipment life and improve reliability.
• Analyze spare parts usage and critical components to optimize inventory control, reduce maintenance costs, and ensure production readiness.
• Maintain and improve maintenance information through CMMS systems such as SAP PM, including equipment history, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Develop maintenance standards and procedures aligned with company requirements and international manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and related departments to solve equipment issues and support continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance service providers to evaluate technical capability, service quality, and improvement opportunities.
• Support Machine Improvement, Productivity Improvement, and Engineering Improvement projects to enhance manufacturing performance.
• Work closely with global teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different countries.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering, Equipment Reliability, or Manufacturing Engineering within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in manufacturing industries such as Automotive, Tire Manufacturing, Motorcycle Manufacturing, Rubber, or other high-volume production environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical systems, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance improvement.
• Strong hands-on experience in machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance improvement, equipment problem solving, and reliability enhancement.
• Experience in developing and improving Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, and Equipment Reliability Improvement programs.
• Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and the ability to provide long-term solutions for equipment issues.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM is highly preferred.
• Have knowledge of spare parts management, maintenance planning, cost optimization, and supplier coordination.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement projects, Machine Modification, Productivity Improvement, or Engineering Improvement initiatives.
• Experience working in multinational companies or manufacturing plants with international standards will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and international teams.
• Good command of English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) to work effectively in a multinational environment.
