Sales Engineer / Sales Representative (Crucibles / Clay Graphite / Non-Ferrous Foundry) - Gemini Personnel Recruitment Co.,Ltd.

·        Develop sales and business opportunities for Crucibles, Clay Graphite products, and related products within the Non-Ferrous Foundry (NFF) market.

·        Manage and develop accounts for Crucibles and related products, including:

o   Heater tubes

o   Thermocouple tubes

o   Degassing rotors

o   Degassing pins

o   Other related foundry products

·        Liaise with the Marketing Team to identify potential products, projects, and solution opportunities within NFF foundries.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with key NFF customers and distributors.

·        Identify customer needs, technical requirements, and operational problems and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

·        Coordinate with Application Engineers to conduct product trials and demonstrate product performance, benefits, and value to customers.

·        Support bulk trials and product implementation at customer sites to convert successful trials into regular business.

·        Provide technical and commercial support to customers and help resolve issues related to product application, product quality, pricing, delivery, and services.

·        Prepare and submit customer call reports, sales reports, and trial reports.

·        Assist the Sales Manager with MIS reporting, routine sales activities, and promotional activities.

·        Coordinate and manage installation works with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed properly and according to customer requirements.

·        Support customer workshops and product/application training to educate users on proper product application.

·        Maintain regular customer visits and follow up on sales opportunities, projects, trials, and orders.

·        Travel regularly to customer sites and upcountry locations to support customers and develop new business.

·        Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or another relevant Engineering discipline.

·        Candidates without an Engineering degree may be considered if they have strong relevant experience in the foundry, crucibles, refractory, industrial materials, or related business.

·        Experience in Non-Ferrous Foundry, Crucibles, Clay Graphite, Refractory, Foundry Materials, Metallurgy, or Technical Sales will be highly advantageous.

·        Strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills.

·        Good technical understanding and ability to communicate technical information to customers.

·        Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

·        Good command of English is preferred.

·        Willing to travel frequently to upcountry customer sites.

·        Possess a valid driving license.

·        Able to work independently and build long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
