Assistant Sales Manager (Automotive & Manufacturing) - Gemini Personnel Recruitment Co.,Ltd.

Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, while identifying opportunities to grow sales and business.

Develop new customers and drive New Business & New Programs from opportunity identification through project development.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and relevant teams to support customer needs.

Monitor Customer Projects and Sales Opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and progress toward business objectives.

Prepare sales reports and business updates to support management decisions and sales planning.

Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams, including domestic and international business travel when required.

Work in an office-based sales environment, Monday–Friday, with customer visits arranged according to business needs.

The company does not provide transportation or a company shuttle service for commuting to and from the workplace.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Customer Development, or Business Development.

Proven experience in B2B Sales within the Automotive or Manufacturing industry.

Strong experience managing existing customers and developing new customers, new business, and new programs.

Experience working closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, or Technical teams within a manufacturing environment.

Good command of English with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.

Strong skills in Customer Management, Negotiation, Business Development, and Problem-solving.

Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive thinking.

Valid driving license and ability to drive a car.

Willing and able to travel internationally when required.

A positive attitude toward learning new products, technologies, and business areas.
