Regional Sales Manager – Automotive Parts - Gemini Personnel Recruitment Co.,Ltd.

·        Develop and manage strategic customer accounts within the assigned region.

·        Identify and acquire new business opportunities with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and related manufacturers.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and procurement teams.

·        Develop regional sales strategies and achieve business growth targets.

·        Coordinate closely with the Thailand manufacturing team and international sales offices.

·        Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate commercial and technical solutions.

·        Travel domestically within Thailand and internationally for customer meetings, business development, and other business purposes.

·        Stay flexible and responsive to evolving customer requirements and market trends.

·        10+ years of experience in sales or sales management, with at least 5 years in a similar regional/international sales position.

·        Fluent English communication is required.

·        Must be able to communicate fluently in the native language of the assigned market (Chinese, Japanese, or Indian market/language requirements).

·        Ability and willingness to learn the company's automotive parts and manufacturing processes in Thailand for at least 1 year.

·        After gaining sufficient product and manufacturing knowledge, there may be an opportunity to continue your career in Thailand or relocate to the company's sales office in China, Japan, or India.

·        Strong experience in international sales and business development, preferably with exposure to Thailand, China, Japan, or India.

·        Strong network and established relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or related manufacturers.

·        Previous experience working in a multinational company, preferably within the automotive industry.

·        Strong knowledge of and established contacts within the automotive procurement market, particularly OEM and Tier 1 customers.

·        Proven track record in new business acquisition, strategic account management, and customer development.

·        Experience in plastic injection molding, blow molding, rubber, polymer, or related automotive component manufacturing is highly preferred.

·        Good knowledge of quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 / ISO/TS 16949.

·        Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

·        Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business.

·        Candidates who can communicate in Thai or have previous experience working with Thai teams and Thai business culture will have an advantage.
