Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily operations, inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of production machinery and equipment to ensure stable and reliable operation
  2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans to reduce equipment breakdowns and improve equipment reliability
  3. Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, trial runs, and acceptance, and maintain relevant technical documentation
  4. Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve equipment efficiency
  5. Manage equipment spare parts and control maintenance and repair costs
  6. Participate in equipment improvement, technical upgrades, and automation modification projects to improve production efficiency and equipment performance
  7. Coordinate with the Production Department to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure smooth production operations
  8. Prepare and continuously improve equipment operating procedures, maintenance standards, and related technical documents
  9. Strictly comply with equipment safety operating procedures and maintenance safety requirements to ensure safe equipment operation
  10. Ensure equipment management activities comply with IATF 16949 quality management system requirements
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
  2. Good communication and coordination skills
  3. High sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team
  4. Good Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with the ability to use Chinese as a working language
  5. At least 1 year of experience in machinery and equipment management or related work
  6. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Summary

In this Equipment Engineer role, you will manage daily operations, inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of production machinery and equipment to ensure stable and reliable performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing preventive maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns and enhance equipment reliability, as well as coordinating equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance. You will analyze equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement in efficiency, while also managing spare parts and controlling maintenance costs.
