Civil Engineer - THAI INABA FOODS CO.,LTD.

Job Specification &Responsibilities

Ø  Control and oversee construction, building renovation, and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, engineering specifications, budget, and project schedules.

Ø  Inspect and supervise contractors to ensure that their work complies with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

Ø  Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and resolve problems arising during construction.

Ø  Review construction drawings and prepare or modify drawings using AutoCAD.

Ø  Prepare and review Civil / Structural drawings, including Shop Drawings, As-built Drawings, and related engineering documents.

Ø  Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, the Engineering Department, Production Department, and other relevant departments to ensure that construction projects are completed according to plan.

Ø  Control and verify work quantities, materials, and project costs, including reviewing contractors’ payment and supporting documents.

Ø  Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and estimate construction and renovation costs as required.

Ø  Inspect the quality of materials and construction work to ensure compliance with specifications and applicable standards.

Ø  Prepare project progress reports, including reporting problems and proposing solutions to the supervisor.

Ø  Ensure that all work complies with applicable laws, engineering standards, and the company’s safety requirements.

Ø  Inspect and evaluate the condition of buildings, structures, and working areas, and recommend appropriate repair and improvement solutions.

Ø  Provide support for other engineering activities related to Civil Engineering and company projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualification

Ø Education              : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Ø Experiences           : At least 3 years of experience in construction, construction supervision, structural work, or building renovation.

Ø Experience in contractor management and supervision, including monitoring and following up on project progress.

Ø Proficient in reading, preparing, and modifying construction drawings using AutoCAD.

Ø Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, or other engineering-related software will be an advantage.

Ø Hold a valid Professional Engineering License (กว.) in Civil Engineering, at the level required by law.

Ø Able to read and review Civil / Structural drawings and related engineering documents.

Ø Knowledge of BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimation, and quantity verification.

Ø Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ø Able to work at construction sites and travel to project locations for site inspections.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ø Highly responsible and able to work effectively under project deadlines and various project constraints.
