Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage new BOI projects and MML applications.
- Process requests for the approval of production formulas for all products.
- Coordinate the online release of imported goods and raw materials, preparing all necessary documentation for BOI submission.
- Coordinate the online release of imported machinery (IC online), preparing all necessary documentation for BOI submission.
- Confirm export records within the IC online system and prepare corresponding documents for BOI submission.
- Apply for refunds of reserved import duties on eligible goods.
- Prepare machinery registration in accordance with BOI conditions.
- Summarize production capacity and sales figures according to BOI conditions for auditors.
- Prepare documentation and open new projects with the BOI.
- Provide support to the Board of Investment (BOI) as assigned.
- Receive billing and invoices from suppliers.
- Attend meetings as assigned.
- Conduct inventory checks.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BOI-related activities, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in BOI and import-export operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all BOI processes.
- Experience in BOI Compliance, BOI Reporting, Project Amendments, Machinery Privileges, and Audit Support is a plus.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
