Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, permits, and company requirements.
- Monitor environmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate environmental reporting and regulatory submissions.
- Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
- Support internal and external environmental audits.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and customer requirements.
- Oversee wastewater treatment operations and environmental monitoring programs.
- Manage industrial waste disposal and recycling activities.
- Monitor air emissions, wastewater discharge, and environmental impact indicators.
- Recommend solutions to reduce environmental risks and improve sustainability performance.
- Lead environmental improvement projects.
- Support carbon footprint reduction initiatives.
- Promote resource efficiency, waste reduction, and energy-saving activities.
- Develop environmental awareness programs for employees.
- Supervise and mentor environmental staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve environmental objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in environmental management within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with wastewater treatment systems and environmental compliance.
- Strong understanding of Thai environmental regulations.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001, ESG, Sustainability, and Carbon Reduction Programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in food manufacturing, pet food, or export manufacturing is a plus.
