Responsibilities
Safety Management
- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws, regulations, and corporate requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and establish effective preventive and corrective measures.
- Monitor safety performance and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events.
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans.
- Organize emergency drills and safety exercises.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant standards.
- Coordinate internal and external safety audits.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Maintain safety documentation and regulatory reports.
- Manage and develop the Safety team.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Advise management on safety-related matters and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Safety Officer certification (Advanced Technical Level or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 -10 years of experience in occupational health and safety within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of management experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, pet food, or export manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai safety regulations and international safety standards.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety Systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.
