Responsibilities
- Administrate employee records, attendance report, social security and daily payroll.
- Administrate welfare and manage general affair (maid, gardener and security)
- Schedule and propose personnel affairs activities.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and organizing the hiring process, employee integration, accounts and equipment and follow up on probation periods.
- Generate and provide employment contracts of employees.
- Review employment, regulations and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
- Schedule, record, evaluate and submit employee learning & training.
- Support manager to prepare job descriptions, posting ads and organizing the hiring process for executing recruitment plans efficiently.
- Support manager to implement HR system.
- Source potential candidates, screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Preparing expats employees in VISA and work permit process.
- Provide HR reports and KPI’s.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or Public administration, sociology or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in HR position in an organization / company similar in size and complexity; experience in payroll file/system is an asset.
- Work experience in international organizations.
- Proven working experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing entity. BOI experience is welcome.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Ability with Excel formulas.
- Fluent in written and spoken Thai and English.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills either in Thai and English.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Knowledge of Thai labour law and modern international HR best practices.
- Knowing HR departments classical tasks and admin fundamentals and environmental awareness.
