Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, opportunities, and activities within the sales system to support the Sales team.
- Manage the CRM system for sales contract entry, signing processes, product sample requests, order changes, and product returns and exchanges.
- Review sales contract details, including signatures/seals from authorized personnel, product information, and all related documentation.
- Obtain product price lists corresponding to customer requests.
- Track manufacturing progress, Form E documentation, and delivery schedules to ensure products arrive at the warehouse by the determined finish date.
- Support the Sales team with price inquiries, quotation, claim payments, warranty or test report requests, and bid applications.
- Contact with headquarters and other departments, providing immediate feedback to the Sales team.
- Translate documents for business purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Chinese language or related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good command in Chinese language
- Age: 24 - 35 years old
- Gender: Female/Male
- At least 1 years experience
