Responsibilities
1. Take care of existing customers to enhance opportunity to get more orders as well as finding more customers and new market segmentation.
2. Mainly contact main-contractor, sub-contractor, designer, project developer to promote company products interms of hardware for fitting and related construction materials.
3. Fulfill customers' requirement regarding products and services; provide useful information and strengthen brand uniqueness.
4. Advise suitable products to customers which is match to their using purpose, spec, construction plan, and BOQ.
5. Follow up payment process.
6. After-sales service; follow up customer satisfaction, problem solving, and installation advice.
7. Achieve sales target and always improve sales performance.
Qualifications
• Male/Female, age 25 - 35
• Bachelor's Degree
• Able to work in Phuket area ( มีภูมิลำเนาที่ภูเก็ตหรือบริเวณใกล้เคียง)
• At least 2 years experience in Sales
• Experience in constructions field would be more considered
• Can communicate in English or Chinese
Salary: 20K - 23K (+ Commissions )
Work Location: Phuket
Condition: 3 months working at 66 Tower Bangkok (BTS Udomsuk), then move to Phuket
Work period: Mon. - Fri.
Work time: 8.30 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
