Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the quality of its parts the comply with the quality requirements specified by both the customer and company.
- Review and continuously improve its quality assurance system to ensure its ongoing effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor Degree / 2-5 Years in Quality Function
Skill:
• Able to read & interprets the symbol in drawing
• Good command in English
• Leadership skills
• Negotiate skill
• Analysis skill
• Understand QC tools
• Knowledge/Understand one out of following :
- Foam development technology;
- Trim(upholstery) design, experience in Leather/fabric quality function
- Metal part quality control/Die & Tool designing
- Plastic part quality control method/Die & mold designing experience
Training:
• ISO/TS16949 & ISO 14001 Requirement
• Statistical Process Control, Process Review / Control Plan / FMEA / PPAP/ Measuring System Analysis
• Quality Policy & System Procedure
• Bachelor Degree / 2-5 Years in Quality Function
